JetSaver, JetSaver Light JetPlus and promotional StarClass fares are non-refundable; however limited changes can be made for a fee and fare difference, up to 24 hours prior to departure.
JetFlex and StarClass (excluding promotional StarClass) fares are refundable for a fee (conditions apply). They also allow changes to the date, time, origin and/or destination of travel and passenger names without additional fees (though a fare difference may apply).
JetFlex and StarClass fares allow changes up to and including the day of the original scheduled departure. If changes are not made within this time, the entire amount paid cannot be refunded.
