以下是和亚航LIVE CHAT聊天后给出的延误基本政策，LZ自己对照一下是否满足条件吧。

基本政策我了解，就是因为存在麻烦才要找马拉总部。我本来事五一期间到热浪，咋知道亚航动了我的航班55分钟，令我不够时间转机回国，我已经和亚航中国谈到可以在一周内自由调整。但是我已经预付了热浪上的住宿，我要求酒店帮我更改，但那段时间热浪上所有酒店已经全部爆满。已经不能调整，又不能退钱。所以现在想改到六月，但亚航中国顺他们没有这个权力，要我自己找马来那边谈。

For a flight retime 1 hour - 2 hours, we can move your flight to any available flight within 1 week.
For a flight retime 2 hours - 3 hours, we can move your flight within 1 months or a credit shell.
For a flight retime more than 3 hours or flight cancel, we can move your flight to any available flight within 3 months/credit shell/full refund.
For a flight cancel, skybus and goinsure can be refunded
