签证送去了。收到拒签信的头一个晚上半夜醒来突然清醒意识到太莽撞了！呵呵，在这之前都睡得挺香的。太不把
签证当一回事了！！我的真实情况是今年四月从一家小公司辞职了，现在和同事合伙做事，还没有注册公司的，所以递签的时候拿不出有关工作证明之类的东西。有五万的定期，有去年差不多一年的相当工资流水每个月五千的银行单，活期的两张卡余额加起来一万多，三张信用卡的对帐单。因为没有请假单之类的所以把现在一份生意合同还有一份联名帐户的明细单一起交了上去。结果就收到了如下的拒签信：请各位有经验的资深穷友们帮忙看看还有再签的必要吗？先谢啦！！！
You state you are a self employed photographer and earn an income of RMB5000 a month.however on evidence has been provided to show your income is as claimed.I appreciate that as a self employed businessperson your income depends on the financial performance of the company however you have not provided any evidence to show the financial performance of the business such as the audited accounts on which I can assess your income.nor have you provided any evidence to show the business is trading such as a Business Licence.without such evidence I am not satisfied your income is as claimed.this leads me to question your intentions.I am therefore not satisfied that you have demonstrated you have met the requirements of paragraph41(i)and (ii)of the lmmigration Rules.

现在准备让原老板按照去年的工资流水补上六个月的工资单，再打个辞职证明。其实工资没有这么多，发的现金，不过我每个月都差不多在二十几号存了五千左右进去。这个和原公司打个招呼应该问题不大。然后和同事合伙是从六月开始的，所以联名帐户里有一个多月的进账记录。不过当时交上去的只是拿笔划了一下账号和名字，没有具体说明是工资流水或者是生意进帐。最烦恼的是再签是否还得补上营业执照才有可信度呢？！！办个营业执照也不是说办就办的事。如果补上工资单，辞职证明，营业执照是否签下的机会更多？？太折腾人了，但是看着那个UK小黑章很碍眼啊！请各位帮忙支支招，谢啦！！
洋鬼子最厌恶的是作假跟谎言。
拒签理由上也说你没有提交有关收入的证明，我想如果你有税单，这是很好的证明，比你银行的流水更有利。因为老外对税单很有“好感”。
建议最近都不要做申请，护照上有拒签纪录这个谁都不会好过，我也同样有一个章，但是如果你的条件，至少针对他们拒签的理由没有很好的资料去应对，再签的结果不会改变。
