The ambience is good, and the food- when it comes is excellent, but the quality of service/ attention to detail is non existent.. We ( my wife and I) arrived at about 13-00 to 13-10 hrs and placed a simple order for tea and soup.. The tea came in a timeous fashion but the soup took about 45 mins. Several people who arrived after us were served before us and even when we asked if there had been a glitch, at least 2 groups who had arrived after we queried the length of our wait were served ahead of us. When the soup came it was good but Id never go again during peak times-- but is a mid week visit in November " peak time" ?
Cardiff Bay is great and well worth a visit
