我查了一下，法国D类签证
短期（<3个月）签证只能在法国。
长期（3-6个月）且多次入境的，可以去其它申根国。

1) Short stay student visas are issued for stays of up to three months and entitle the bearer to enter
and stay in France. The bearer is authorized to stay in France so long as the visa remains valid.
2) Long stay student visas, for stays from 3 to 6 months in France. Within the validity period, when
stating “multiple entry,” this visa allows you to travel back and forth to your country and to other
Schengen countries.
The Schengen countries are: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy,
Luxembourg, Norway, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden.
Please NOTE that the UK is not a Schengen country! To visit countries outside the Schengen area,
please inquire at the respective country’s Consulate or Embassy located in Paris on whether you need
a visa or not.
Quite often, this type of student visa states “dispense de carte de séjour.” This means that you
cannot apply for a residence permit once you are in France. This visa authorizes residency within the
validity period.
