谢谢楼上的帮助，还有个问题，譬如我在ｂｏｏｋｉｎｇ网上预定了酒店，我怎么取消预定呢，还有信用卡里面的钱是在预定的时候就支付的还是入住当天支付？如果预定时就支付的话，退款怎么退的？谢谢各位．．急～
