关于英国签证退款问题！！！！
之前因为是赶不上预约的时间，然后把之前的一个申请取消了，但是款已经付了，我就在申请页面点击了取消而已，现在款要怎么操作呢？？收到了一封邮件，我该怎么做？是提交什么证明吗？？
