我今天上午登了好几次，也是出现跟楼主同样的问题。显然他们系统还不成熟。发邮件问EVUS中心，​这是他们的回复：
Thank you for contacting the EVUS Call Center. You are currently experiencing a page loading error in which your web page is not displaying information correctly. The minimum computer configuration requirement for enrolling for EVUS is an Internet browser that supports 128-bit encryption, is able to accept cookies, and has JavaScript enabled. If your computer meets the minimum configuration requirements and you are still experiencing technical issues, please try the following remedies:

1. Complete the EVUS application using the English version if you are currently using the Chinese translated one. Ensure that you are entering your information into all required fields in the English language or using standard Latin alphabetical characters.
2. Use a different web browser. We recommend the latest version of Internet Explorer as this tends to produce the best results.
3. Adjust your firewall settings. If your security settings are set too high, your computer may be restricting access to the EVUS website.
4. Try completing the application at a different time of day. Peak web traffic to the EVUS enrollment website typically occurs during Chinese daytime.
5. Ask a friend. If you have a friend residing in the United States, try contacting him/her and ask if he/she can enroll on your behalf.
6. Ask a travel agency for help.

Finally, some Internet Service Providers (ISP) may be blocked due to spam concerns. You will have to contact your local ISP for further assistance in this regard. If you are enrolling from a computer and continue to experience issues, you may wish to use your mobile device to complete your application (or vice versa). Thank you.


他们说的硬件条件我全都具备，也都换不同浏览器试了。 番强 登录也试过了，都不行，不是乱码就是step6不正常显示。只有避免中国白天登了。 但我中午又试了一下，居然提交成功了，提交成功后显示pending, 过两个小时一查，已经通过了（enrolled）。

​登记时，如果遇到登记过程中死机的状况，众多网友各显神通，网上记载的所有的方法都用过。比如使用搜狗、QQ、safari 、Chrome，360等等浏览器登录网站登记的，有连续数天登记几十遍到第六步就死机的，有用IPAD、IPHONE手机的，有用4G不用WiFi的，也有请美国朋友帮忙在美国当地登记多次仍然死在第六步的，等等，结果均不能成功！请记住：用什么方式登记无所谓，时机才是最重要的！找大家都不怎么在线登记的时候登记，比如早上6点-7点，这时候往往因为系统在线申请少，上传没有阻碍，系统就过关啦！如同夜间下载最快一个道理，尽量不要在堵车的时候上线就好了！

用IE也刷不出来网站啊，用chrome可以刷出来，也登记进去了，但是刷不出来查询结果，个人，怎么办！有大神可以破吗？

我昨天晚上十点做的，做好后就通过了。用不同的浏览器试试。我用360浏览器两次第六步都没了，用ipad一次就好了。

我这周一登记成功的。
一开始周五登记的时候总是最后一页过不去，等过了周末就好了

谢谢和位，终于试了N次后成功了，使用IE,没 番强 ，搜狗和360浏览器都不行。
