According to a stamp from US authorities, the
applicant entered the US territory on 24 of September 2016, this also in
confirmed by Chinese exit stamp on the same page. However, the Chinese entry
stamp dated 07 of October 2016, has anomalies and appears as fraud.
There is no document in the case that
confirms that the application has showed up at the US-embassy to confirm his
return to China. Such a document or stamp, would increase the applicant's credibility.
