If you forget your "国航的银卡", you have more choices.
a) You can 国航to Tokyo Narita and then connect AA Narita->DFW. You can rent a car drive to AUS(Austin,TX) from DFW(Dallas Fort Worth,TX) in3 hours. This would be the shortest flight time on your trip.
b) If you love 国航的银卡 so much, you should fly UA either to SFOor ORD and then make connection there. You will earn mile-for-mile on UA flights(not like you earn much less miles on CA flight) and UA miles can be redeemed for CA flight .
Sine UA does not have SFO->AUS and ORD->AUS routes(if I remember correctly), so you need to connect with AA from those two hub airports.
PVG->SFO takes less time than PVG->ORD route, but if you want miles, you may consider PVG->ORD. In addition, during the low season, the aircraft used on PVG->ORD could be 777 which is more comfortable than 747(that PVG<->SFO always uses)
