行程的房间。结果预订的公寓隔天从
Booking网站上消失了，我们就起了疑心，给了客服打电话说给我们回复结果过了几天也没有回复。然后几天后我们收到了Amazon电话，说有人在使用我朋友的信用卡（这张卡预定了
Booking的房间）在他们网站上尝试注册购买。接二连三的噩梦来了，公寓骗子主人又用我朋友手机号码在莫名其妙的网站预订月租服务，接着又尝试用我朋友银行卡信息在apple官网购买mac！还好amazon和apple客服都打电话跟我们确认，才避免了巨大的损失。这整个礼拜我们尝试了3次跟
Booking客服沟通，他们都说会回电沟通但过了两个礼拜都毫无音讯。这个预订给我们带来了一大堆麻烦，要取消所有骗子的预订单，要block银行卡还要重新办卡，还有各种其他信息
Booking给了骗子我们都不知道怎么办！
Booking确视若无睹，不当回事！这是什么服务！而这一切都是因为
Booking没有审核
酒店和公寓，就直接放上网站！出了问题下了
酒店却不给受害者任何道歉和补偿！这完全毁了我们今年整个暑假的计划，现在我们只能在家里，根本没有心思度假了，因为银行卡在
意大利挂失补办超级麻烦还要跑警察局，警察局跑了好几趟，重新办卡还要付钱！我们非常平静耐心地打电话客诉，但是你们完全都在拖延和假装！但不能怪
Booking客服，错误的是你们的管理和解决方案！请大家以后使用
Booking要多多小心，因为你永远不知道你预定的房间和公寓是不是虚假的，因为
Booking不审核！！！！！！！！！！！

My friend (Mariano Scocca) and I booked a flat in Rome(Booking info: Confermation Number:1444108068 PIN:5710) for about 1-month stay for this summer vacation. But the next day the flat totally disappeared from the website and we found out that this flat turned out to be fake. In the next days this fake flat owner tried to use my friend's credit card to purchase things online (we received notices from Amazon.com and Apple online shop; and also a random website monthly subscription), luckily we managed to block our credit card. We have tried to contact Booking customer service and made our complaints at least 3 times so far now but they did not reach to us at all after promising to giving us feebacks. This whole thing happened all because Booking did not verify the flats or hotels before putting them on their websites and this has caused an insane trouble during the several weeks. Because we had to go to policeman and blocked our card, making new card, cancel online order made by the scammers!! And Booking did not even try to give us any compensation or feebacks!!! What's worst, this whole thing totally destroyed our whole summer vacation plan and now we are fucking staying at home!!! Some customer service staff even dare to just hang up the phone during the call while we were just being totally polite to make our complaints!!!!! Do something for us cause in 2017 this is just totally wrong! we got scammed because of Booking!!
只能说 大家都长个心眼 以后只能相信已有过很多住客的大酒店了，小旅馆、民宿，的确有风险。
