Chinese passport holder whose status is Canadian landed immigrant, working or student permit holder may travel to Taiwan individually or join a tourist group. Applicant must prepare the following documents, which must be certified by our office. Then applicant has to either contact an authorized travel agency in Taiwan directly or through a local travel agency in Toronto to apply for an entry and exit permit from the Immigration Bureau of Taiwan. The permitted duration of stay is 10 days.
The required documents are:
1. Valid at least 6 months PRC passport with attached valid Canadian multiple entry visa.
2. Valid Canadian P.R. Card, working permit, or study permit.
3. Completed application form in Chinese.
4. One recent 6 months standard passport photo in color.
5. Canadian Driver's Licence or Health Card.
6. Document of proof of employment from current employer or enrollment in full-time studies from school.
