各位前辈,我们一行5人7月29日从
吉隆坡返回成都,亚航办理登机的stuff没有按照机票上的提前45分钟,而是提前一小时就截止办理,导致我们提前50多分钟去办理登机被拒。stuff不接受退票或者改签,机票作废,只能买第二天2408RM2人的机票,还在机场呆了一晚。对于亚航的管理很是失望!机票上面就说了提前45分钟才关闸,,为什么我们就过不去。我当时要S37号的人找领导,她说她就是管这个的,硬是不给我申诉的机会。她说只能重新买一张票,并且因为是我们自己迟到的原因不能改签,让我们负全责。于是我花了2408RM几乎两倍我们之前的机票价格买了第二天的机票,在机场呆了一夜。后来在机场呆的那个晚上找到我的机票,机票上明确的写着离起飞时间45分钟关闭counter,离开或者飞往
澳大利亚的才是1小时。深深的觉得很无辜,在不知情的情况下,平白无故的就被拒绝,损失了两千多人民币,还在机场呆了一夜。如果真是规定的1小时,真是因我们太迟,那是我们的责任,但工作人员打着亚航管理的旗号,随意提前关闭counter的时间。。真的觉得很气愤,第二天我们用机票去入关的时候,又问起S37的人,换了一个,不是之前那个人。。他们说可以个退改签的。。那之前那个女人不是活生生的让我们浪费了6000多RM(5个人的第二天的机票钱)+之前订票的钱,真的不知道他们什么居心。我们打算投诉他们,怎么才能成功呢,有没有成功的案例呢。。请各位前辈指导
