洛杉矶的一家
酒店4晚上。预定成功后支付了全部费用
酒店和租车费,并且得到了该网站的确认通知。但是,当我们半夜到达
酒店后,
酒店居然说没有收到Expedia的预定通知,而且也没有房间了。当时就和网站联系,但网站和
酒店经理相互推诿一番后就啥也不管了。我要求网站另外给安排住宿也不管。最后只好自己另外找了个
酒店现住一晚,等天亮后再继续和网站交涉剩余几天的住宿。结果一整天下来,和该网站的6个业务人员不断重复故事(他们的人永远都在变化,无法固定人员)后,继续无法解决问题。无数的Sorry就是没有一个解决方案。我要求给我先另外解决3天的住宿问题,他们也不同意。要求通过邮件书面回答问题也拒绝,无论发给他们多少邮件也一个不回。注:以前正常情况下,所有问题都会非常快的答复。最后我只好自己找
酒店,有花钱住了3个晚上。现在我已经回到了国内,继续给该网站发邮件他们还是不予理睬。其服务人员在答复问题时,始终没有解决方案。让人非常气愤。我的损失除了精神上的,也包括资金上的。现在回到了国内,请各位网友支招,如何对付这种网站?实践证明,
美国公司,包括Expedia这类的大公司,遇到问题也一样无赖。

I have to say up till now, I have had two worst Booking experience with Expedia, one was last year with flight ticket, and now with the hotel, please look into it and offer me a reasonable explanation!
I had two seperate Booking recently with Expedia with the itinerary number xxxxxxx and xxxxxx, there are two matters related to cheating I think!
First, there was no any notice through the Booking pages telling me you were going to charge the extra Booking fee, without courtesy of informing me later, you charged 2GBP directly from my credit card.
Second, according to the cancellation policy, I won't pay until check-in date and I am allowed to cancel the reservations free of charge two days prior to my staying date, however, I received sms from my bank that both nights have already been deducted from my account.
Could you please explain why?
