终于回到了在scranton的家， 这次短短的2天
纽约之行可说是又惊又险又乐趣， 游记部分等把急事处理完后补上， 请大家耐心等待。急需要得到求助的是：
我们的背景：
先生3月底到达
美国， 前3个月在南卡罗来纳州，后于6月13日到宾夕法尼亚州的scranton上班（L1 visa），我是6月20号到scranton的（L2 Visa）。 先生没有换过国际驾照， 也还没有来得及考宾州的驾照， 在scraton的前2周我们用国内驾照租的车（enterprise租的），后也是用国内驾照买的车和上的车险（6月29号买的）。
另在6月28号，我们开着租的车去超市买东西，也是在高速上，因为对车的性能不是能了解， 觉得车胎有点问题，声音突然怪怪的， 就打算靠边停， 后来被后面的车撞上， 就是车屁股撞了点，人员无碍。我们叫了警察（宾州的），警察看了我们的，还有后面的车的证件，记录下问我们要了问租车协议的copy，事情也就结束了
具体事件：
7月26日在去
纽约的新泽西州高速上，一警车跟在我们的后面， 一开始没有亮车灯，我们也就以为不是追我们的， 后来他开始鸣笛，我们就靠边了， 由于不知道规矩和紧张，靠边的时候也没有熄火，警察一上来就是砸窗示意我们把窗子摇下来和熄火。 他的口吃很不清楚并且态度恶劣，检查完我们的证件，说我们的国内驾照不允许在
美国开车， 也不怎么允许我们说话，开了3张罚单和说要把车子拖走。他给我们看单子的时候，因为字太小， 我们看不清楚， 就凑到旁边想看清楚，他还以为我们要拔他枪袭警，又被他咆哮了一顿，让我们站着不动，他又退开我们几步，远远把纸举着给我们看。新泽西的警察不是一般的粗鲁！
3张罚单分别是：超速（限速65， 我们是75）；无证驾驶； 不听警察指挥，3张罚单没有标明罚多少钱
还有一张拖车处理，文字如下：
VEHICLE IMPOUND AND PROCEDURES
In order to obtain a release for your vehicle, the following must be presented:
Two (2) valid drivers with proper identification
-A valid Proof of Insurance
-A valid Regisration
After providing the above information in person, you will receive an impound release to provide to the appropriate tow company. No vehicles will be released without proper documentation.

1. 希望大家不要有这样的经验，实在太恐怖了； 请有经验的人指点一下我们该怎么处理比较好？
2. 这3张罚单，估计多少钱？
3. 上庭的话， 我们需要找律师么？律师费用如何， 有推荐的么？有人说马上把驾照马上考出，也是有帮助的.
4. 罚单未处理完， 可以先把车拿回来么？ 那张单子上我用红色标出来的地方， 我看不明白，请帮忙解释一下!是说去拿车的时候带上2人的证件还是这2人也要和我们一起去？ 还是说我们只要带上一个人的就可以了，因为我们的车也是有车险和registration的？

Try and find a good attorney. I am not sure how you get your insurance coverage without valid NJ license or permit. The bottom line is that you got three tickets before you even have valid license. This could be very bad for your record and your insurance premium.
It is very unlikely that you can make all three violations dismissed in court but you may be able to reduce the fine and points taken from your record. But again, you cannot go to the court without NJ license. Just go to your local DMV right this minute and get your license.
After all, you were driving without a license. No matter which state you are in, you cannot use your international license for extended time period. You had a long time (from June 13 to July 26) to get it done but you didn't.
That specific officer might be rude but he did nothing wrong. This should not be a big deal and you should be able to get that ticket dismissed, with the help of an attorney. Next time, you will know that you cannot approach any officers on duty without explicit permission. They have the right to open fire upon you to protect themselves.
